Thank you for shopping with KingsMan Fabrics. This page explains how we deliver across Pakistan, how Cash on Delivery works, and how to request a return or exchange.
Delivery
We ship nationwide. Delivery charges and options are calculated at checkout based on your city. Metro cities may qualify for express delivery when offered.
Payment & Delivery
- Cash on delivery (COD) is available for orders within Pakistan (Zone A and Zone B).
- COD limit: orders above ₨ 50,000 cannot use COD — contact kingsmanpk35@gmail.com to arrange payment.
- Delivery ETA: Zone A (metro) 2–4 business days; Zone B 4–7 business days. Express (Zone A only) 1–2 business days where offered.
- Rates (indicative): Zone A standard PKR 500.00 / Express PKR 1200.00; Zone B standard PKR 800.00. Free standard shipping on orders over ₨ 15,000.
- You may inspect the sealed parcel with the courier for obvious transit damage before paying COD.
- Damaged parcel claims: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos to kingsmanpk35@gmail.com.

Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm fabric length, colour, and delivery address — especially for custom cuts and COD orders. Please keep your phone available.
Packaging & inspection
- Orders are packed carefully to protect the cloth in transit.
- For Cash on Delivery, you may inspect the sealed parcel with the courier for obvious transit damage before paying.
- Once payment is made and the parcel is opened, please report any issues within 48 hours with clear photos.
Returns & exchanges
Because fabric is cut to order in many cases, returns are limited. We still stand behind quality and accurate descriptions.
- Eligible: Wrong item sent, or fabric that arrives damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours with photos).
- Not eligible: Change of mind after cutting, colour preference after cutting, or fabric that has been washed, stitched, or altered.
- Colour note: Screen colours can vary slightly from the physical cloth. If you are unsure, ask us before ordering.
To start a return or exchange request, email hello@kingsmanfabrics.com with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. Approved returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days of the parcel reaching us.
